Return:
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@evonad.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Under what circumstances do we offer returns and refunds?
Wrong product:
If you find that your order is incorrect, please contact us by email at info@evonad.com with photos of the incorrect product, and we will provide you with a return label. As soon as the shipment can be tracked, we will immediately send you a replacement product.
Exchange:
We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange your product for the same product, please contact us by email at info@evonad.com. We process the free exchange.
Change of mind:
A change of mind will not be accepted. No returns or refunds will be processed.
